Great rash guard that fits properly for actual surfers that don't want their shirt ripped off in waves. Don't listen to others. I wear a large mens shirt but ordered a medium and it fits perfect for surfing. If you want it as a sunshirt, buy something else. I live and surf in Hawaii. Always wear this. It should be very snug and difficult to get on and off.

I'm 5'7" with somewhat broad shoulders and a bit of a belly (nothing major) but ended up getting a large anyway b/c the fit is so tight. It works very well!

I'm 160lbs Athletic Build. 5'10. I should be an M/L, an L should definitely fit me. One thing to note is that when this product is shipped both of the Elastics at the face and waist have a knot tied in them which makes this very difficult to get on, you can undo those knots. On Land this shirt is very form fitting on me. In the Water it loosens up a bit, but someone who was a true L ie over 160lbs this would be too tight. Another thing which is suspicious is that the Shoulder Material, the white is of a thinner Poly Spandex.. while this is good for mobility, I'm not sure how long that strip will last compared to the rest of the suit. If I were to put this Shirt into the Washer and Dryer it would fit my daughter.. I've had Looser fitting hooded rashguards in the past and preferred the Looser fit to this Tight L..

This shirt is great for bald surfers like myself that don't like smearing sunblock all over their head. It stays put when you wipe out. I wish the "bill" were slightly larger but I know that would create drag when underwater. Overall it is a great Watersport, sun protection shirt, I will probably buy another one soon!

I got this for surfing and have loved the fit and thickness, and especially the integrated hood. This feels very light even when saturated and has a loop in the front to tie into my board shorts. Based on my initial experience I was very happy with this rashguard. I was therefore quite bummed to see the stitching coming apart after a couple months of occasional use. Pretty disappointing lifespan.

With a bald head and accumulated sun damage, I need to cover up while surfing. I had been using a surf hat combined with a neck gaiter, but this rash guard is a simpler and more effective solution. My daughter also told me it looks cooler. I ordered my normal size (medium), which fits skin tight, appropriate for surfing. It's thick enough to protect against belly rash and can be comfortably worn with the hood peeled back after the sun goes down. The small visor is soft and protects my face a little bit, but I still use zinc on exposed parts.

I normally wear a medium T-shirt (decent fit) or a large T-shirt (a little baggy but comfortably so). I had to get an XL in this rashie before it was a reasonable fit. Even so, the hood is very tight to pull on and getting this thing off when wet is a chore. I am keeping it, because I appreciate the fit, hood and brim when in the water, but I do continue to debate it.Of note, I got a non-hooded O’Neil rashie and it is sized similarly. O’Neil would do well to properly size their clothes and to use an elastic stitch around all openings.I want to rate this 4-5 stars for coverage, sun protection and fit in water, but the non-elastic openings and difficulty getting this on and off are significant.

Es la segunda licra de este tipo que uso. Algo reducida. Soy talla S / M, compré L y batallonun poco para quitar y poner, pero usándola funciona muy bien para surf.

Habe das Teil in Größe L und es ist etwas eng aber OK und gut zu tragen. Habe jetzt Grüße XL bestellt und hier komme ich nicht mit der Hand durch den Ärmel. Am Bauch ist es zwar weiter, die Ärmel sind aber gleich wie bei L. Da der Stoff ist aber dicker ist, ist XLam Ende kleiner als L.

I'd say go 2 sizes up, not only one. My husband is 1.8cm and 80kg. I got him an XL because of other comments. He was very uncomfortable in it. He used to surf, so yes he is used to the fitting, this sizing is wrong. Quality is great, which is the reason why I'm giving 3 stars.

Sure fits tight love it only thing that would make it perfect is thumb holes to keep it in place and protect back of hands.
