Seems to work well. I like that it beeps anytime the reading is in unsafe levels. It helped us determine many hotspots and bad practices in our house that we didn’t know about. For instance a decorative lamp oil diffuser combo that I had next to my bed and head at night was putting off an insanely high amount. Using a cellphone while it’s charging is a very scary high amount. Also my pedestal floor standing oscillating fan next to my bed was scary high also. I was able to move several things away to a safe distance from where I sleep. At this price everyone should get one. Easy to use and very consistent.

I bought this for the nationwide test that the USA was going to have. I tested all my appliances for EMG before and after and there was a noticeable difference. Great purchase. Simple to use.

This item is better than many other generic EMF meters that only have a few LED's to show intensity.If you put the meter near an electric item it will show you the electromagnetic levels that you are being exposed to.It worked great for checking the seal on my microwave oven when it was running too. Got hazardous warning levels from that one.

This product does indeed detect fields. I cannot attest to its accuracy since I have no way to measure that, but "common sense" says it is working well. If I move it toward things that obviously create an EMF (power strips, alarm clock, "hot" wires, lamps, etc.) it does indeed show an increasing field as I get closer to the source. Eventually, when I'm close enough, the alarm sounds and the red light starts flashing. Move it away, and the alarm stops.I was worried that the alarm might be painful to hear, but it is not at all. It is plenty loud enough to let you know it's sounding, but it is nowhere near harmful noise level. It's actually more of a beeping and not like a car alarm or something. Very nice.Push the power button once and the screen backlight turns on. Another nice touch. Push the power button again to turn the backlight off. Hold the power button, and the device shuts off.I also like that this uses 3 AAA batteries. I get frustrated with the shift to lithium in the electronics industry because A) you can't leave lithiums alone for a long time without recharging them or they'll get damaged, and B) if you want to use the device but haven't taken it out for a while you'll find the battery is too low and has to be charged - you can't just pop in some new batteries and be on your way.This device helped me discover fields I didn't even know about. I put it near one of those electrically powered adjustable beds, and it shows fields all over (when the bed is just sitting there and not being activated). I guess it was time to replace that bed anyway...Happy field hunting!

Without spending a lot more for better precision... This does work for basic readings. Seems a little awkward.. that once it has a reading or a high reading you have to back out or it will just keep a high number on the screen after you take it away. Needs a little better interface. But does seem to work. Just questionable on the accuracy.

I've tried 2 other EMF detectors and this one did the job.1) No rechargeable, battery operated: I don't use this too often but when I need it after a while, I should be able to just pop in a set of AAA batteries and use it immediately without having to recharge it.2) This EMF detector has an easy to remove battery door without having to use a special screwdriver like the previous model I purchased. Why is there a need for a screwdriver to replace the batteries is beyond me!!!3) Buzzer could be turned on or off, the previous model I bought always had the annoying blaring buzzer that could not be turned off!4) Reading seemed to be accurate compared to the first model I bought but returned due to rechargeable battery.

Ok so basically put the batteries in and it works, right? So I put it up to my Android phone and it's 0. Then I put it up to the microwave and it starts beeping and flashing. I put it back to my phone, nothing. I put it to the printer, and beeping/flashing. I put it to a bath towel - beeping/flashing. TV - beeping/flashing. Pig stuffed animal - beeping/flashing. Phone the 3rd time? Nothing. I'm going to say this is junk. Returning.

I purchased the Electromagnetic Radiation Tester on July 6th 2021 and received it on July 9th, 2021. Easy to order and very fast delivery. I am surprised how easy it is to work and easy it is to understand since I am not a technical data or electronics kinda person. I went around my home and was shocked as to how high the EMF readings were on the simplest of things that I use every day. The IPHONE I have held to my ear countless times, the IPAD I used on my lap hours on end, the LED lights all over my house, the Electric meter outside my home and inside 5 feet from that meter OMG, the router in my family room and countless many other electronic componets in and around my home. With this meter I will be able to limit our exposure by fixing the way in which we are around this EMF RADIATION IN MY HOME. I am so glad I was able to purchase this easy to use meter and I will be buying it for my kids as presents,
