Amber Romance Premium Grade Fragrance Oil - 10ml - Scented Oil

I really like amber scents and this one is VERY sweet. I did see a previous review saying it was a lot but assumed it was just their sense of smell that was different than mine. But they weren’t misleading, it is a very sweet amber. It is lovely but very strong. I will need to look into something to add to it to compliment it.

I like, in general, most scents with amber, and I like amber alone, so I was curious about what "Amber Romance" would be, and ordered it. I also love the feeling of wearing personally chosen and mixed oils, rather than outlandishly expensive perfumes. (I mean, I love "Chanel #5 as much as the next person, it's superb, but it's now quite a recognizable scent, and it's nice to have a scent that no one else has, so I like to combine usually 2 oils that attract me.) So, this I have to say was slightly disappointing. It's important to qualify that by saying that scent is such a very personal thing, both in the way that it smells to you, and in the way that it interacts with your personal body chemistry. So it's really impossible to say what exactly this smells like, and I'm sure that many people would love it. Just personally, I felt I did not smell enough amber, and there seemed to be a very faint chemical "ghost" in the scent. That doesn't mean it's not good. It's just probably better for someone else. (Shipping was great, it came almost overnight.) Very good seller.

Has a nice smell, but is very soft when used in my diffuser.

This is the soft musk scent I've been searching for since the musk oil I used as a teenager (and I'm 60) was discontinued! It's earthy with a hint of vanilla to make it oh-so-sweet and not overpowering. Everyone who gets close enough to me (and dares) remarks, "Oh, you smell so good!"I'm not a fan of fruity or flowery scents or anything strong—they give me headaches. This oil is simply perfect for me. I put it directly on my wrists and behind my ears and I'm good for several hours. I find it fades on me after about 6 hours, so if I feel like it, I dab on a bit more. No problem!I know fragrances are a very subjective and personal thing, but if you are looking for an "old-fashioned" musk oil, try this one. It's priced right and worth every drop in my book! I have purchased 5 more bottles and may purchase more. I don't want this musk oil to disappear off the shelves before I kick the bucket!!

I wanted to use the oil before I rated it. I have had this for at least 3 months now. I am extremely picky about the scents I have in my home, on my clothes, and use as a personal scent! I had gotten this because of the combination of scents: nuances of warm vanilla, sandalwood, patchouli and blackberry blends with musk at the base for an overall rounded, romantic scent. I liked the combination and really wanted to see how it smelled, so I got one...besides the price was excellent :)I LOVED IT...it smells like Fire & Ice...my cologne...I was thrilled!! I've ordered 2 more and I make my own body wash from unscented bar soap and add it to that, I have added it to my unscented leave-in hair conditioner, I add it to the entire bottle of body lotion and I've made my own body spritz by adding it to some rubbing alcohol & water in a spray bottle & use that before I put on lotion...I love being able make my own stuff!!I get compliments on it all the time. It's a beautiful smell, it's sexy and luxurious. I absolutely love it and will continue to use it.

I bought this because I have a body spray I use by Victoria Secret that has the same name but it's hard to find so as soon as this came I mixed several drops into about 3-4 ozs of my favorite lotion. LADIES if you want to smell sexy and men whom want their lady to smell sexy do what I did! The scent lasts forever on me, it's a rich ambery romantic keep nda smell! I love this fragranced oil! definitely a 5 outta 5 highly recommend and purchasing again!!
