The plaster adhesion is poor, as it rolled up and off the knee in an hour due to my trouser's contact with the knee and the plaster. There was no pain relief evident during the hour the plaster was in contact with my knee. There was also no evidence of any medication on the contact side of the plaster, and as plastic is not absorbent, I believe this product is not medically viable.

I have tried these patches on my ankle, knee and hips and it gives relief to all three, no idea how it works but it does and I will be ordering more of these. It is worth experimenting as to exactly where to site them to get the best results - 100% recommended.

Good pack of 40 knee patches that stick fairly well, though you need to make sure your skin is really dry. If you sweat a lot you could have issues but for the most part I found they stayed put well.They worked quite well for me, although the effect wasn't consistent - sometimes they worked awesome and lasted for around 6 hrs, others only lasted a couple of hours, but they always helped me to some extent. They may work perfectly for you, or minimally, as everyone is different but they are well worth trying if you are struggling with your knees.
