I got it for my 14 yo who has dyed her hair many times before and I am tired of seeing her pour chemicals on her head all for appearances. So we tried this stuff! I works super well and her hair actually looks healthy now! I'll definitely be buying this brand for a long time!

I really wanted to love it. I even tried it three times total, just to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong. Unfortunately, it did not work at all whatsoever. My hair looked exactly the same after as it did before Three applications.

It's very messy and the instructions are too small to follow.

it takes too long to color

I got this product because it’s been a few months since I dyed my hair and I can easily say this is one of the worst henna hair dye packets i’ve used. It dried out my hair so much compared to other brands i’ve used and it didn’t get very dark on my brown hair at all. Plus the smell of it and the fact you’re not allowed to wash your hair for 48 hours. It made my bonnet smell so bad and I regret using this product just from the results I got. The formula isn’t good but what comes with the package is nice. It came with gloves and hair cap which I haven’t seen with other brands so the was one upside of using the product.

I like that the directions are pretty in depth. The only thing I would do differently if I did it again is to run the powder through a strainer to get out any clumps. It is a bit drying so I would've used coconut milk from a can instead of water. I love how natural the ingredients are. I have been dying my hair with henna for years and I'm always trying to get it to turn black. This does say if you want your hair very black, you may need to dye it a few times before it completely turns black. I have noticed my hair has faded a bit back to my auburn color from before. It says not to use it on your eyebrows or eyelashes but I did and I love the results! It didn't dye my skin at all. I will say my grey hairs are peeping through again and it's been a week since I dyed my hair. I have yet to find a henna product that dyes my greys and keeps them dyed for longer than a week so I don't think it's this products fault. I didn't wash it out with cold water though, I washed it out with hot water, so that may have affected my results. The directions say to use 1/3 cup of water for 100 grams but I had to use 1 1/2 cups of water to get my desired consistency. As always, the whole process was a mess from start to finish but it's always like that for me when I use henna. Overall, I really do like this henna mixture and think it's definitely worth the price.

I used this exactly as directed. My hair is now green and the gray is not completely covered so now I have black, gray, and green hair.

This is a nice semi-permanent hair color from henna plant. I know the chemistry of staining hairs with henna for its long history since ancient time. The dye just binds keratin outside of the hair fibers to make them brownish red or reddish brown. It is not very dark and the color won’t last long, but it is easy to use and there is no oxidation reaction involved nor the usage of PPD that might be irritating. As my aim is only to cover up some of the white, it is easy to achieve with regular usage. There is a detailed instruction printed on the package. That is very easy to follow.
