With the Sea Moss. Quickly I noticed I was less tired, more energy & slept better. I have only been in it for about a month, so I am sure it wil continue to show benefit.As for the Shilajit, my husband started taking it about 3 weeks ago, he said he hasn’t noticed any difference yet. I’d highly recommend this as a supplement to add to your stack. The mixture of ashwaganda, sea moss and other things have given me great benefits. I feel like my appetite has been a lot lower compared to when I didn’t take the mix of both pills. I also feel like I’ve been a lot more energized when taking the supplements than before. I think overall for the price you can’t beat having an all in one. Would highly recommend if you are thinking about purchasing!
