Helpful at dimming the noise.
They fit nicely in the ear and the different sizes of buds help you find the most comfort. I can wear these to dampen the overall noise in my home while still being able to engage in conversation. I like the carry case except for the fact that when the ear buds are not in it the other sized pieces will free float around so you have to rearrange it to put the ear buds away when done. Just a mild inconvenience really.

Comfortable and stay put
I've tried to use foam earplugs but they never seem to fit right or stay in my ears, especially when I sleep. These on the other hand fit in my ears nicely and don't get knocked out when I sleep on my side. The plugs fit in my ear and don't cause any pressure when I sleep on my side. I rotate the handle part so that it tucks into the ear bottom (intertragic notch?) and that holds the plugs in place snugly. As for how much sound it blocks, a lot of that has to do with how well the seal is. If the tips don't make a good seal, it won't block as much sound of course, but on my ears they do a decent job. They reduce the noise and snoring sounds some while I sleep.Included in the package are 3 different size tips and a carrying case that fits the plugs and extra tips.

Pretty Good at Reducing Noise
When ordering these, you need to understand that no earplug totally blocks out all the sound, especially the ones that are not custom fitted to your ear canal where sound could still leak in. Everyone’s ear canal is different, meaning earplugs don’t always fit perfectly; a tight fit is always the best fit for noise reduction and attenuation. These have a noise reduction rating of 26dB, which is good for an earplug. That being said they are perfect for sleep when the room is quiet, and they do block out some noise. If you have a partner that snores at night and you could hear them in the next room through the walls, not so. I tried these and tested them out and got the fit I wanted right for my ear, it blocked out some noise, it wasn’t ear deafen but no ear plug is that. I have some custom made Westone ear plugs that was made with impressions of my ear canal (just like hearing aids), with three interchangeable attenuators ER9, ER15 and ER25 and a solid filter plug for blocking out sound. With the solid filter inserted, sound wise it was super close. I gave it some leeway since the Westone are custom fitted to my ears with no leakage. If you’re saying foam earplugs are better and that’s what you are used to wearing, I would say it’s all in what you’re used to wearing then.

Not bad, could be quieter
They fit alright in my small ears and can tuck in enough not be felt when sleeping on your side. They don't block out all sound when sleeping though. It's definitely better than nothing, but won't help with very loud noises.

They’re Okay
These are just ok. They fit comfortably in my ear and are easy to take out and put in. However, I don’t feel that they block out a significant amount of noise. If you’re sleeping in a silent house these are fine. But if you’re sleeping in a louder environment I would skip them.

Comfortable
These are a great and slightly less expensive alternative to a certain name brand that popularized the ring shaped earplug. I'm a side sleeper and other earplugs of a similar design can be uncomfortable when I'm sleeping because the loop portion of the earplug is made of a more rigid plastic. The ring portion of these earplugs are made of a soft but dense foam. I'm super happy using these for sleeping.Their noise reduction is good. I'm still able to ear some noise in the background, but it's quiet enough that it's not distracting. I'm going to try them out at the movies because the last two movies I've gone to see I've ended up having to leave because the sound was so loud I started getting a headache. I haven't been back to see a movie since. I think these will help out!I'm 50/50 on the carrying case. It is made of a much thinner and cheaper plastic than other earplugs of similar design and don't have a loop to attach them to a keychain. However, there are compartments to hold the extra ear tip sizes which is cool because I kind of go back and forth between the two smallest sizes.

economical modest noise reduction
These earplugs come with three sizes of tips to choose from. They come in a plastic case that I feel could break or crack if not handled with care. The are easy to place in the ear with a little rotation.Value - these are $16.99. Other similar earplugs from a name brand start at $30/35 dollars. Do they have features and quality that make them worth that much more? I do not know because aI haven't tried them or researched earplugs. I just figured for trying a first pair, and for what I need them for, that I'd start with a budget pair. I'm not looking for strong noise cancellation for silence, just decreasing loud volume to comfortable volume (at concerts or nearby lawnmowers).

Way better than those old foam ones
I regularly wear some sort of earplug when I sleep at night because my partner snores very loudly. Before I got these I was using those rubber foam ones that always fall out and are not comfortable to wear at all. These earplugs are a huuuuge improvement! They fit very comfortably and come with multiple size tips so you can get your perfect fit. They actually stay in my ears all night and don't fall out. I can even lay on my side and they still aren't uncomfortable. They also come in a very convenient carrying case so you can easily put them in your bag to take anywhere. I will be taking these with me for travel and concerts, and probably just keeping them in my bag wherever I go. Definitely recommend!
