Nightmare.
I recently ordered the blue wall panels with a stone/brick wallpaper. I was really excited about these foam brick panels but that was short lived. I do like the color and it was accurately represented in the listing. I do like the 3d effect of the bricks. I do like the idea of this, but it was poorly executed. I pulled out one of the straighter panels and went to the section of smooth wood on my kitchen island. I only pulled some of the backing off since I didn't know the adhesive strength. This is a good idea. I lined up the bottom and the side and placed it. Hmmm, seemed easy enough. I pulled a second panel. I had a bit more difficulty with the backing on this one. I placed it even with the other panel corner and started peeling and pressing. Wow, it was not even at all. I pulled it off to reposition and what a nightmare. The adhesive stuck to the wood in random spots. In one area on the bottom, it pulled some of the blue foam too, making it look stretched on the side that you see. I tried it again thinking how awful I was at doing this, but then realized that the panels were not the same size, which is why it wasn't lining up. Again, I pulled it off the wood, leaving more white adhesive behind on the wood. I just left it until I come up with a plan that hopefully doesn't involve having to replace the wood. Don't expect that the panels will be cut even or even arrive straight or the same size. Expect the backing to peel in pieces rather than one sheet. Expect to get it right the first time. Better yet, try a different product. I should have just got some bead board or paint. Lesson learned.
