This had maybe two layers of tulle. It looked so cheap and within minutes was snagged and disgusting looking. Returned.

These are TINY!! They do stretch but the waist is so tiny. I got one for my 9yo and one for my 5yo and although they were both able to fit in them just know they are small. They came in packaging completely rolled up and taped shut which was a great packaging feature..almost like it was vacuum sealed. They are a thin tulle material as well. It's not very soft, the top of it is silk but the tutu itself is tulle. Color was on point, we ordered the blue one and it was just as showed.

It was cheap but I think it should've held together for more than 1 wear. My daughter wore it once for a few hours and the fabric is starting to come apart at the waist and the elastic is exposed. It's also very thin and not much of a tutu at all.

If you're wanting something that is not extremely see-through than this is not the product for you. It worked fine for me as I was using it to make a collar for a clown. I just put a blue cloth underneath to make it less see through. It would be almost invisible over some tights if you're actually using it as a tutu.

This is awful. And of course I need it for a Halloween costume in 2 days so I don't have a choice but to keep it. But it's junk. Not even worth $2 much less $10. Save your money, or spend a little more for a better product cause this is not it.
