A must for power hungry tech users
When I opened this, the first thing I noticed was the advertised power rating was wrong. It was listed as 20100mAh, 72Wh. What I got was 22500mAh, or 81Wh so I was immediately impressed at getting 10% more power for free, especially as I also got 10% off the price with an special offer. I found this by accident whilst looking for a method extending the battery life of a Surface Pro 4, so I can watch movies on a long haul flight. A normal tablet or smartphone could use any old power bank with USB to charge, but the Surface Pro 4 needs a 3 pin 240V mains plug. This is the unique selling point of this device. Although you can attach standard USB or type-C USB for fast charging of normal devices, being able to power, recharge or extend the life of a full size laptop is a true life saver. I already feel I have robbed the vendor. It doesn't just work, it massively exceeded my expectations. I made sure it was fully charged, as was the Surface, attached the Surface power cable to the 3 pin on the power bank, then ran a stress test. I disabled all the usual power management settings like hibernation, screen dim, etc. I played the first season of Game Of Thrones from the internal drive, screen set to 2nd brightest level, attached a headphone splitter with 2 sets headphones, set volume to 90% and pressed play. Started the test at midnight and then went to bed. Got up at 7am the next morning and it was still playing. The indicator LEDs on the side appeared to have run down, so I pulled out the power cable to see what level the Surface's own internal battery had run down to and it still showed 100%. I can't tell how long was left on the power bank, but 7 straight hours of full screen 1080p, bright, loud and it was still going. I ended the test their rather than run all day whilst I wasn't there. I am very confident however that if I take a flight on a airline with crappy or no entertainment I would be able to see myself through check-in, boarding, the flight and possibly even baggage claim and not run out of power unless I was going somewhere stupidly far away. The nearest thing I can compare it to would be a UPS but much more portable, roughly the size, shape and weight of a large tin of hotdogs. Obviously I use this just for a Surface, but if it were used for a normal android tablet or a smartphone it is very likely this could be used to charge them for a whole week. It is compact, high performing, looks good and great value. Don't look elsewhere, stop, buy this, it is the item you are actually looking for.

Amazing Product & Great Customer Service
NOTE: it doesn’t come with a charger and make sure you use a pd protocol charger.I bought this as my battery in my Surface Pro 4 has died. It’s a risky job replacing the battery and expensive to replace the Surface Pro, so I thought I’d give this a go.I took it on holiday used my Surface Pro on it, charged my friends phone, my other half’s phone twice and charged my phone. It still had enough charge in it when we got home for me to watch a football match on the surface pro. It’s not cheap but to me was worth every penny.I had an issue with it not charging, so I contacted the seller and after a few emails back and forth we discovered my charger was the issue.I tried several chargers I already had at home but none of them apparently have pd protocol. I bought a suitable charger from Amazon and the problem was solved. The seller was always polite and very helpful.

Did not charge...
When my power bank arrived on time, I was all excited, quickly unpacked everything, and plug in charger what it came with. Power bank it self was nicely pack and felt like good investment, good solid build quality. After about 24h, my excitement turn in to a big dissappointment, I was unable to charge this power bank, it just simply did not charge at all.. Based on user manual, power bank had still 0-10% of capacity, and there is no other way to charge it but true tiny pin connector(only can use original charger), and that`s why I was unable to turn on AC power socket and try it on my HP laptop if it will provide enough power and if it will charge my laptop. So at this moment I`m just dissappointed, that I have to return this Power Bank, and will see if I will order it again after I get my refund back. In case I will order it again I will do update to this review, but for now it is useless...

Decent powerbank, and proper fast charge
So I wanted a small battery to take away when camping to power tech, notably iPad and a drone.Having the 230V plug is very handy I must admit. As for the battery itself, it’s good! Not amazing, but good. It will charge up my iPad Pro from flat to full twice with a little charge left.Using the 230V plug I charged my Mavic 2 Pro’s batteries up, again from flat. This time it managed 1 and 3/4 battery charges before being flat. It’s not gamechanging sure, but it is useful. And at the price point it’s fine.Think of it as the introductory model for big power banks.
