Perfect for homemade VDG
I used the 6 inch tube for the column on my Van De Graaff generator I built and it is perfect. I tried the 4 inch tube first and it was so brittle it made it unworkable, a complete waste of time and money. I don't know what the four inch tube was concocted from but it's not the same material as this one. This one was very easy to work with and the drill bit cut it like butter. My kittens love this tube!
I purchased this to use as a part of my wall mounted cat tower. It took me a while to find a clear tube that was large enough for a cat to crawl through but the 6” tube works perfectly! I do wish that it was more crystal clear plastic rather than the foggy plastic that it is, but it does the job!

NOT CLEAR!!! False advertising!!
I am utterly disappointed and so very frustrated!! I had search for a very long time for a six inch CLEAR tube and settled on this one because the Amazon price has a special deal compared to the retailer from $47 to $40 (which was still a stretch for my project but did it anyway.) It just arrived and this tube is not clear at all!! It’s a hazy blue to gray color! Do not know how they can get away with calling this clear!! I needed two pieces at 29” so I had to buy two!! So for $86.68 and all the time waiting for this order to arrive, I’m now back to square one, stuck with these, and need to pay to have them shipped back!! I was so excited to finish this project today…not!!! Completely false advertising!!

I purchased this item because it stated it was clear. We it is not clear. I thought it had a protective film on it. After I cut it I found I was wrong. Attached is a picture the top is glass I added and it’s clear. The cylinder was stated as clear you be the judge,

Almost perfect purchase!
I liked everything except the sticky label that took me hours to remove & still left a tacky residue. This item was purchased for use as a component in a cat jungle gym.

Online add for 6" clear pipe shows caps for the pipe none of which fit the pipe = very misleading.
Online add for 6" clear pipe shows caps for the pipe none of which fit the pipe, in fact no caps anywhere fit the pipe. When contacted they have no idea where to get fittings or caps to fit their product. Then they charge me for return shipping. Very misleading

The product arrived chipped. Measurements were incorrect. It is a hazy blue color - not clear.
