Compra que vale la pena.
El libro es pasta dura es del mismo tamaños que los tres anteriores. Debajo de la sobrecubierta es de color azul marino con un grabado en el centro.Las historias igual de buenas que todo lo que escribe este autor.

Can't complain. It took me back and I love it for it.
Some chapters were slower, granted. But overall, I was hooked at the very begining. Here are the ratings for each story:The First Swing (5) I'm probably not fit to judge poetry, but it talked to me. It felt very Scythe-y.Formidable (4) I'm all for Susan. Honestly, the changes she caused with her actions here. Wow.Never Work With Animals (5) Just perfect. Perfect. The fact that I have (tiny scraps, I'm not even complaning, I'll take anything) Rowan makes even better.A Death of Many Colors (3.5) Not really for the story, but the massage at the end... yeah, I get that.Unsavory Row (3.5) Interesting for more knowladge of the mechanics of the world the Thunderhead build, but not really here for these characters.A Martian Minute (5) Amazing. Though, I also hate it for reasons. The Mortal Canvas (5) This one had a tiny slip towards the end, but it finished strong so, love it.Cirri (5) Just give me more Thunderhead and Cirri, and let me question my existence, time and so on!The Persistance of a Memory (4.5) I laughed. Plus, the nuances of the characters were really interesting.Anastasia's Shadow (4) I had mixed feelings here. It's interesting cause it gives us a bit of clousure towards him, but I'm not sure I cared enough to be this invested in it. But towards the end it was interesting to ponder on things like: how you take dismissal, change, grief, etc.Meet Cute and Die (4.5) I was doing some shrine quests on BOTW and was in for the ride, lol. The last page raised a few eyebrows, but I'm gonna have a little faith and believe it was not what it seemed. 👀Perchance to Glean (4) Definetely the one which started slower, but I gotta say: I really enjoyed the end. Not a twist per se, but... I don't know how to explain it. It just gave me a good feeling. I 'm weird.A Dark Curtain Rises (5) YES. Thank you, Mr Schusterman. THANK YOU.

Must Read for Fans
Big fan of Neal Shusterman here. The Scythe series is absolutely incredible. When I discovered this book was released I immediately purchased it. Being able to return to the world I fell in love with was beyond exciting. I only just recieved it recently so I am still reading the book but what I've read so far is just as wonderful as the rest of the series. Not all the stories are relevant to the books per say, but they give you a deeper look into this futuristic AI world. I especially enjoyed the "Never Work With Animals" story (worth buying the book all its own!).The book was written by several co-authors thus the wording and style doesn't always align with Neal's, but it doesn't detract from the experience at all in my opinion. If you are a fan of the series, I highly recommend you pick up a copy of Gleanings and return to the fantastic world we've all come to know and love.

Conversation starter.
I started to read the Scythe series when my reluctant reader grandson had to read it for high school. Figured we could talk about it. We both loved it. He asked if I could get this one too. So of course I got it. When I finish I will hand it off to him. Great so far.
