These bags have proven to be the most dependable and convenient to use for my iliostomy once a few technicalities were resolved. We use it in conjunction with a circular ostomy seal ring (48mm) and in order for the bag and seal to last the 5 days recommneded before replacement the inner opening of the seal must be stretched to match the outer perimeter of the stoma as precisely as possible. The skin barrier - floating flange & tape opening can be a little large than the stoma perimeter without any problems. if you don't match the stoma perimeter with the ostomy seal ring, you usually get a leakage failure somewhere through the tape in the skin barrier. The bag themselves have never failed through their material. I change them every 5 days as recommended but could've gone longer several times. Great product!

I've been using this product for several years now. I like a two piece product because of the ease of installing the skin barrier. Further, I like the roll and lock feature.
