I was hesitant to buy this at first, but a friend who has similar pains swore by cupping. He had just purchased a similar model for 2–3 times the price. I did a bit of Googling to understand why anyone would willingly apply big red circles to themselves—and found that cupping is meant to increase blood flow to problem areas. With that in mind, I went ahead and bought what I expected to be a basic unit.It was delivered the same day. I was a bit nervous using it for the first time, especially since the manual advised new users to start slow. After charging it for about an hour, I gave it a try—and it was actually a very pleasant experience! By default, it applies suction and then releases it right away. It felt like a gentle kneading using suction—surprisingly soothing. I let it do its thing, then tested the muscle afterward, and it definitely felt looser and less painful.It also has a heat setting I haven’t explored much yet, but I’m looking forward to trying it.Overall, this is an outstanding product—especially for the price. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical about these things but the strength of it is amazing. It hold well on your skin and really does provide relief. I use it every other day on my upper back and i have noticed a significant difference. Very small and portable so i can bring it with me on my travels. Great purchase!

I initially purchased this cupping device to help with pain management outside of a physical therapists office. I’ve been having issues with pain in my trapezius muscles and rhomboid, as well as, tennis elbow from overuse. I tried the device solo without first reading the instructions and it scared me senseless. The suction is powerful and it wouldn’t release immediately leaving a bruise. However…. my husband applied it to my back a few days later and aside from the expected suction marks, the persistent pain had eased by the next day. I’ve been struggling with these issues since April of 2023 and the results were surprising for such a small but mighty piece of equipment. It’s easy to use, convenient and works well with a lubricant or massage oil so it easily glides over the skin surface. My husband is a personal trainer and now swears by this product after a workout! We have added it to our in-home therapy regimen and intend to use it to soothe sore muscles thereby avoiding unnecessary drs expenses and visits to a P.T. Great product. 😃

Firstly, the remote is ineffective as the cup does not respond to its commands once placed on the body, making the extra $5 spent on the remote seem unnecessary. Secondly, the cup is quite noisy during operation. Additionally, you must be very cautious not to select a suction level above 10 or an infrared level above 3 to avoid burns. It requires some acclimatization, and I did experience a few significant burns while figuring it out. Despite these issues, the cup performs its intended function."
