The way these are packaged, tightly wrapped, makes them deformed and impossible to lay flight inside your tire. They inevitably wave back and forth and move inside the tire once the tube is fully inflated. I spent 20 mins going around the outside of the tubes while they were in the tire trying to get them to just lay flat but they're deformed from the way they are packed and will never sit flat without adhesive.I could hear a sound from my rear wheel that sounded like I had a flat around corners but the tire was rock hard. I thought it could be that this liner had shifted onto the sidewall of the tire.Sure enough, 20 miles from home, the tire PROTECTOR gave me a flat. Thankfully I was carrying the tools and extra tubes, but I never expected to get a flat from a product meant to prevent just that.I've used similar products that have adhesive to hold the liner onto the tube, and those work better and I haven't had any issues with those on my other bikes.
