Q: Can a cat sleep alright with this inflated collar? Or does it need to be taken off before sleeping? Thx

My tiny chahauha managed to sleep in it although I took it off in the morning to give her a break from wearing it. I did however have to keep my eye on her to make sure she didn't get to stitches.

Q: Do the sizes quoted refer to the cat/dog's neck or to the actual size of the Comfy Collar? My cat's neck measures 22cm, so right on the size border.

Could of really used this question answering too, but bought the small size anyway. My cats neck also measures 22cm with no wiggle room. Small size 22cm+ fits perfect and can still be tightened fairly tight.

Q: Does it self inflate, or do i need a pump

You can use your mouth to blow it up, if you have the lung power because it's awkward. Easier using a foot pump for example.
