Having tried many of these I can say this is allot better made then most. It would belong on the dock of a good marina. It is clearly meant too last a while. The power heads a bit tight fitting so its a good idea too remove it gingerly if you want too change a setting, it only has 3 including off so its probably not going to be an issue often. You get high or low and off. the control is simple water proofed toggle. the base is a screw down plate or a reversable spike. which requires setting indipendently so you will need a hammer, no stomping this down. That being the case its pretty stable and ithe housings stainless. The light it emits is rather diffuse and its more of a textured pattern rather then smooth light. It is visable from a good distance though and I expect Night boaters will soon be using it as a light house behind my place. Often people equqte more with better but in this case simple is a winning formula. Thats why this review is not terribly long. I can't criticise this allot its just a simple well thought out and made light with enough battery too last till morning. Needless to say I would have these on my dock its the best of this style I have tried over the years with the only negative being it is not cheap at all like most similar lights. Buy if you want too be done with lighting once and for all.

This solar light is substantial, well-designed, and made of high-quality materials. It's superior to most solar lights we've used over the years. The light output is amazing, and the charge lasts much longer than other lights. It is quite heavy so it will stay in place over time, and the solar panel is large and absorbs power efficiently it can supply the needs of the 50-lumen light. If you notice the two screws in the base, it can be permanently mounted to a wood deck or pathway, but it also has the option of a substantial stake that can be used to hold it in the ground. I recommend these lights; they will serve well for many years.

I've had several lights from this brand, and all have been great quality. This light falls slightly short of great quality as the base is not as sturdy as I expected. The metal feels a bit on the thin side. That being said, it doesn't feel flimsy, just not as solid as expected. The light is equipped with a stake that holds the light in place that works pretty well. The light can be set on high or low. Both of the settings work well. Overall, the light works well, but I wish the build was a little more solid.

When I saw the picture of this solar light I thought it would be perfect to light the step landing in the back yard. The light came well packaged. The instructions are very well written, very clear and easy to understand. beautiful outdoor solar light is so nice and well made that it immediately was designated as a lamp for the living room. It sits in front of a window and receives sunlight shinning directly on it during the day fully charging the batteries that last all night long and into the morning dimness.The lamp consists of a metal silver stainless steel base and a matching silver stainless steel pole which holds a four sided black capped lamp that charges quickly. There are three setting, High-Off-Low. The high setting is a bright light and nicely illuminates a small area very well. The low setting is a soft light that shines on a smaller area with enough light to clearly see what is there.This solar lamp can be used as a lamp for any room, area, space in the house. I am impressed with the design, quality and the usefulness of this lovely solar lamp both outside and in the home or other building. We are definitely ordering more of these beautiful versatile solar lamps

The Gama Sonic solar pathway light is a statement as to just how far solar lighting has advanced. The elegant design, sleek execution and bright light performance are far beyond the all plastic disposables which crowd the market and retail shelves. This unit is the first solar light I have used which equals, and exceeds the brightness of wired low voltage LED lights. The pictures of the lighted unit show what this fixture can do after 3 hours of sunlight on the LOW brightness setting. I could go on and on about this light, but I will mention that the 'assembly' is minimal- no skill or tools needed, 5 minutes from unboxing to in the ground. Just get one or more of these, they are that good. My only concern is that they will be a temptation to thieves.

There are motion lights near where I put this light so the full effect of it is harder to see, but when the other lights go off, this light looks really good, I just can't get close to it without other lights turning on. It isn't extremely heavy but it looks like it is, like it's a high dollar commercial light. It's stainless steel body and warm light are a nice combination too. I don't see the size of the battery listed but it stays on well in to the night, possibly all night and with a five year battery warranty it should have a decent size one.

This light is absolutely awesome! It add a nice elegant touch to your walkway or garden. It has perfect lighting and easy to install. It’s sturdy and cost friendly.

This light has a clean, elegant profile. Assembly and installation are easy. There are only two modes, high and low. It comes on automatically at dusk and if fully charged lasts until daybreak. The sleek.profile should blend with most styles. The light is soft and warm. Lovely.
