Keeps liquids cool/hot for much longer than other mugs of this type/ pricerange.

Bought to use in work, keeps hot for a few hours, but not as good as the one I bought from joules, that kept coffee hot for up to 5-6 hours, difficult to clean, coffee ‘scum’ stuck under slide lid function, so can’t keep clean as I would like

This mug is brilliant at keeping drinks hot for ages but the plastic lid is rubbish, and you do really need it to keep drinks hot for longer. I have two of these mugs and the lids have fallen apart on both of them within two months. This means the drinks dont keep quite as hot as long as they did before. Shame as otherwise I love them

Product keeps beverage hot for a long time which is good but the lids broke after only 3 weeks of use. So now no lounger keeps beverage hot. Not what is was bought for.

I take it with me to my stained glass class and my tea stays hit throughout the 3 hour class. Perfect

Love this as not as bulky as some travel cups and grandkids love it too. Only thing I would improve is the price as it’s quite expensive for what it is
