Hat is warm but is pretty large. The ear flaps extend too far so when it is fastened the flaps bow out away from your face...this allows the cold and wind to get to your ears thus defeating the point somewhat. The face mask attaches too high up leaving your chin exposed. Nice idea poorly executed.

I am a amateur astronomer and spend many a cold clear night outside looking through the eyepiece of my telescope. I needed a hat that would not interfere with me looking through the eyepiece of my SCT that would keep my head and ears warm this hat fits the bill and even cover the back of my neck and is very warm.

Bought this hat to wear on a Norwegian Cruise in January and it did not disappoint. Fit perfectly and was so snug and warm. The face mask was great for those cold, windy times we spent atop deck watching the world go by. Was essential headwear at the North Cape too!

Warm, well made. The overall design isn't quite there for me but that's just personal preference. You can't really go wrong with this hat.

It does the job. I use it whilst riding around on my mobility scooter where no exercise is possible to keep warm. Just the job.

Hat arrived with large portion of stitching already burst. General physical quality of the item is very low. With the mask on, the hat is slightly too small for my head and feels uncomfortable to wear. Would not buy again.
