This pendant of Mary has nothing on the reverse - no initial, cross, or other iconography like one would expect to see on a Miraculous Medal. That aside, the image on the obverse is very detailed and lovely, and the chain is strong and unisex, slightly leaning toward masculine due to the thickness of the chain. The size is suitable to be unisex as well, not big enough to be obtrusive, but not small enough to be blatantly feminine in a way that a man might not appreciate.
