Comfortable and functional
These are the first resistance bands I've owned and I like them. I usually use them for glute/hamstring workouts. They're comfortable, durable, and don't slip and slide due to the grip. For some exercises, they don't stretch as far as I would like, but I think that is just the nature of fabric bands vs. elastic.

Wish it were more powerful?
I have only used the “heavy” one and i do exercise daily but do not consider myself a strong person but this does not give me any pain? Burn? I do not know if it is a good thing or bad thing. But I have to use it while to get the burn feel.
