his is a really good pillow to help with my sleep. I’ve been working long hours in an office using a computer and have been having neck issues. I tried it for a night, and it felt great when I woke up in the morning.

Comfortable and soft. Arrived frozen solid, had to apply heat to expand the memory foam.

As someone with underlying neck problems from whiplash injuries sustained in a car accident, I always use a memory foam pillow.This includes taking one with me when I go abroad on holiday - I buy a new one so it’s flat packed and fits in the suitcase, then leave it behind when I return home (because it’s expanded and now to big to pack). For me, the extra £20-25 just a justifiable added holiday expense.Have purchased 3 memory foam pillows from Amazon over the last 18 months and they’ve all been great. However this one is a much lower density foam, so it ‘squishes’ down too easily providing no support through the night. It’s literally like a pancake under your head and neck within 5 minutes.As a result, after waking exhausted from tossing and turning, sore shoulder muscles, stiff neck and headache (from shoulder /neck tension), I abandoned the pillow after 3 nights and used the standard hotel pillows - which weren’t great, but still better than this.Bottom line - if you NEED a decent support pillow for sleeping, don’t choose this one.

I bought this pillow to support my neck (bulging disc C5-C6) and referred pain into my shoulders to aid a better quality of sleep. It's great for pain relief.

The memory foam pillow comes quite compact and well protected. I found upon opening, it took a couple of hours for the pillow to inflate properly to its full compactly to be comfortable and then was able to sleep a full night on it. There was no overt smell or odour present from the memory foam pillow which would have been especially troubling considering it’s so close to the face.It comes with its own pillow case, but I found that it does in fact fit in standard pillow case sizes anyway for an added layer of protection as well as fitting into bedroom aesthetics.Although marketed as a side sleeper pillow, I myself toss and turn, sleeping both on my side as well as my back. When turned on back, I found the indent in the pillow nicely cradled my head and neck area. The ridge that supports the neck when on your side, also supports your neck when on your back. I found sleeping on my back and side extremely comforting with this pillow.I will however state that it is fairly firm. Those who prefer a softer memory foam, might find this a bit too firm. However, personally I prefer the more firm, dense foam and this suited me perfectly. Would recommend for both side and back sleepers as well as people who prefer firmer pillows.
