Pinpoint massage
These massage glass work on very specific areas of the t zone and brow ridge. The small circular pads massage and vibrate in different configurations depending on the program. It is comfortable and relaxing. The pinpoint pads do a good job when the fit is tight. These seems to help relive tension headaches I get every so often. I recommend

Will not turn on
I have purchased two of these, assuming the first was defective. After charging the battery for over 6 hours, plugging it in, watching all videos, it simply won't turn on. I have tried the 2-3 second long press, I have tried 5-10 seconds. The battery shows red when plugged in to charge, but as soon as I clip it into the eye mask it will not turn on. As both are defective, I can only assume the positive reviews are false and meant to bolster the ratings.

Not Quite What I Hoped, but Not Bad!
Okay, so let me get this out of the way first: the reason this isn't exactly perfect for me is that with the way I sleep, having the little massage nubs pressing against my face just wouldn't be comfortable. BUT, that doesn't mean I don't like it and can't use it - it's just gonna be more for chilling like when I'm reclined in a chair or on the couch. The massage levels are great, but the nubbies don't quite hit my face where I feel like they should, so I keep needing to adjust the mask. The band on the mask is A+ by the way - it velcros and makes it easy to get a comfortable fit that doesn't squish your head or slide off. The heat isn't bad either. There doesn't seem to be a way to control the volume of the built-in sounds (maybe there is and I just overlooked it, Idk), so that was a bit louder than I would have liked. On the plus side, it connected quick and easy to the bluetooth on my Note 9. Now, look. This isn't a Beats speaker by any stretch, but it's kind of impressive for what it is. I didn't feel like I was hearing the level of bass on the some of the songs I normally play, and depending on how the mask was positioned on my face, it could be difficult to make out lyrics without turning the volume way up on my phone (which, yanno, defeats the purpose of relaxing). The only other thing that I have a small gripe about is that it's difficult to tell when the battery part is charged. Mine stayed red the entire time, so I wasn't sure if it was fully charged by the time I used it or not. However, the button interactions when using the mask are really good - every time you switch a button to something new, it tells you what you're changing and that was helpful. Also, just because I forgot to mention this earlier: the blackout is one of the best of any mask I've used. I was getting a tiny bit of light at the bottom, but that's most likely because I had it angled in a way that was more comfortable for me. Even so, when I took the mask off, I could really tell what a difference it was.The biggest question I always want answered is do I see value in the product, and yes, I feel like that's there in this mask. Even though it wasn't exactly what I hoped it would be for me, it's still worth using, and may be precisely what someone else has been looking for.

Amazing device and great for headache and stress relief
I would not class this as an eye massager at all, this product is very unique andit works wonders. It's more of an acupuncture/acupressure facial massager. It doesn't really massage the eyes but it works great for headaches and relieving stress.I am absolutely blown away by the technology of this device, it is so light and thinyet each massage point provides its own intense and independent vibration.I have never seen anything like this before and it is pretty amazing.I can't figure out how it works because the pads are so small and the device is so soft youcan squeeze it and not feel any wires or motors at all, you can only feel the tiny rubbernubs that are the pressure points but they seem too small to house any motors or vibrators inside ofat all yet alone ones that are so powerful. The patterns are incredible, they really feel like they are random and like they are moving allaround your face. The two nubs at the top can leave an indentation in your forehead though if you attachthe strap too tightly or wear it too long. The storage tube is genius and it makes it so easy to just store this away under the bed so Ican use it anytime I want without needing to deal with packing and unpacking it from abox, it is so easy to unpack and put back away.I also love that the battery and control portion detaches so that I can just have that tiny partout when it needs charging and I don't need to have the whole thing out taking up spacewhen it's plugged in.it also charges with USB type C to C cables and PD chargers so I can just use the same oneI use for my phone which is great because not all devices will charge with PD or with atype C to C cable.

Vibrations not massage
This doesn’t feel like a massage mask at all. It vibrates/pulses in very pin pointed areas and wasn’t comfortable on any of the setting. I have a couple styles of eye mask massagers and this is my least favorite. For the price, I was expecting more.

Very relaxing eye massager
This eye mask heats, vibrates, and plays music. It has built-in tunes you can switch through, or you can hook it up to your phone to play whatever music you would like. It feels like an immersive sound experience. The little orange nodules act as pinpoint massage devices. It is very relaxing but sort of makes my nose itchy from the vibrations, but other than that, it is nice to wind down.
