Exceptional Comfort and Outstanding Support – Worth Every Penny!
As someone who spends long hours at a desk, I've gone through my fair share of office chairs, but none have impressed me as much as the Dowinx Office Chair. From the moment I unboxed it, I knew I was in for a treat. The chair arrived well-packaged with clear instructions and all necessary tools included. Assembly was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. Each component felt robust and well-made, assuring me of its durability. The first thing you notice when you sit in this chair is the comfort. The seat cushion is thick and supportive, not too hard or too soft, providing the perfect balance for long hours of sitting. The lumbar support is a game-changer, adjustable, and incredibly helpful in maintaining a good posture throughout the day.The materials used in this chair are top-notch. The leather is soft yet durable, giving the chair a luxurious feel without compromising on longevity. The wheels and the base are sturdy, providing smooth movement and stability. If you’re hesitant about the price, let me assure you, this chair is worth every penny. It’s an investment for your comfort and health, especially if you spend a lot of time sitting down at work.I highly recommend this Office Chair to anyone looking for ergonomic features, comfort, and stylish design in their office seating. It’s a purchase you won’t regret!

good chair for the price
So i bought these for the nephews because the price was good and they liked the game chair looks of it. I also thought it would be a little more soft having the not as contoured lower portion, it's more of a square pad. Overall, the construction and quality looks great. The chair has a lumbar support which i didn't think fit right with my lower back, but the kids didn't mind. It has a plug in usb massaging function which i didn't try. The head rest again is just a pad and feels a little firm. Overall the chair is on the firmer side i think, but is good overall as it does recline and has a leg rest as well. In that mode it feels a little better then upright. Overall though, i think for the money, the chair looks good and the nephews like them.

Comfy
This chair looks nice and is comfortable to sit in. The up/down feature is like most office chairs. I like the recline mode. The foot rest is a little rickety and you have to have extremely short legs if you want to rest your feet on it. When I pull it out it comes about midway on my calves (I'm 5' 10"). Arm rests are in a good place and comfortably padded. Looks pretty sturdy (except the foot rest) and holds my 235 lbs just fine. Assembly is a pain in the tushy.

Great as an office chair
I got this for my office to work from home and it’s great! It was pretty easy to put together by myself. I’m 5’3 so the size is perfect for me. Very comfortable and adjustable. The massaging back cushion was a nice surprise. Thought it was just a lower lumbar cushion. Wish it had a switch on it. You’ll need a portable power bank to make it work. Reclines nicely and you can rock. The leg rest hits me in the middle of my calf as well. Feels like it might bend over one day but it’s cool. It does everything it said it would do. Good price for this chair!

Great chair along with great customer support. What more could you ask for.
Absolutely love this chair. I mainly decided on this chair compared to the sea of options on these three points. Price, Function and Looks. I'm sure looks are personal but I love the design of this chair along with the huge headrest. The seat has great cushion but is more on the firm side. It's very comfortable to sit in for long hours. It gives you that sense of support feeling. Hard to describe but it's a good feeling.I did encounter a minor hiccup during assembly, but that's where the company truly shined. Their customer support team is nothing short of phenomenal. They're dedicated and went to great lengths to ensure my complete satisfaction. Taking everything into account, the chair's quality, the company's outstanding service, and the overall value, I absolutely recommend this chair.

Probably should have paid attention to some of the reviews
UPDATE (7/3/2021):Just wanted to update that I ended up figuring out how to recline my chair. I had to push the lever outward and then pull in order to get the gears loose enough to release the mechanism keeping the chair in place. Upgrading one star because I definitely like this chair more now that I have that feature available to me.I do want to note that the issue with the imbalance and the chair's propensity to fall forward appear to be an industry standard for gaming chairs that have this full recline functionality--at least that's what my go-to gaming buddy tells me, so I'm no longer too pissed about that surprise. Additionally I wanted to echo the complaints some folks have registered about the sides of the cushion being obnoxious (because they are padded in an upward slope). I too have become annoyed with this but not enough for me to want to return the chair.---------------------------Original review:I just received this chair and finished setting it up. However now that I'm actually sitting on it, I'm running into 2 issues:1) The lever to recline the chair isn't working. I've taken the hood off the mechanism and it just seems like the lever isn't able to pull back the part that's keeping the chair from reclining. I bought this chair because I was interested in doing a far back recline like I had seen in other gaming chairs and this has been the most disappointing thing to see right now.2) Other reviewers noted that the balance on this chair is off. I am using this chair on standard low pile carpeting. I also changed the wheels out for the bigger rollerblade looking kind of wheels which has made my old chair easier to glide over the carpet without needing a mat. The big issue is that when I'm seated and trying to push myself forward with my legs, sometimes the chair will tip over if the wheels are not aligned in a way that will counter balance my direction. This is a huge red flag because my son has frequently climbed up on my chair to watch videos on my computer and am worried that he might tip the chair over as he's climbing up.If it wasn't for these two issues, this chair is comfortable for me and would have been a huge upgrade. I'm 5'9 and weight about 187 lbs. I haven't yet contacted the vendor about my issues but I'm seriously considering just returning and getting a proper Secret Labs chair or something.Oh also, can I add:3) The leg rest does not feel that sturdy. Definitely a little bit of flex to it and it doesn't inspire a lot of confidence with me considering the two aforementioned issues I noted.
