I'm working off a forearm surgery and I've found a dramatic decline in the strength of supporting muscles. As someone who enjoys climbing that clearly won't do. This has been a true gift. I use it twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. There are two different intensity tiers, one black and one gray. They also both include multiple lateral tension adjustments to accommodate further customization. The rubberized material you slip your fingers into is comfortable and seems to hold steady instead of just stretching out. It's OT, so it's not like it's going to be a pleasurable experience, but I've found the end result to be highly beneficial.

Seems like they will work well. Comes with 2 different trainers, a grey and a black. Both colors have different levels of resistance. The grey has the beginning half and the black has highers levels. My only fear is the way the fingers are positioned and of they're going to easily cramp up from this exercise.

The media could not be loaded.  Everything came as described. The wrist strap is sturdy, the rubber rings also seem to be nice quality. I didn’t realize the instructions were on the side of the box until I had already assembled and tried on so it’s self explanatory but if you are looking for instructions there aren’t any inside just on the box. I wish there was a different way to attach the grips to the strap because it’s a bit of a fight to get it hooked on and taking it back off to switch levels. I tested it on level five and did not feel a good stretch but was also my dominant hand so I will play around with the levels on both hands and see. This would be a good fidget and hopefully one of the levels will provide a good stretch. $20 is a bit pricey in my opinion for this, but the pieces seem to be durable.

I love the grip quality and ease of use of this product. I like that it has different levels of intensity. And you can start off as a beginner and then gradually increase your level and strength. We use our hands every day and sometimes we don’t realize that they’re actually either performing the way or weaker than they should be. This is a virtual product because it has lasting benefits if if you can strengthen your hand and your wrist

Just got this but it seems good quality. Looks like it will hold up well over time with use. It comes with a grey and black set of bands for each hand, but you do receive 4 wrist straps. It is easy to fasten the bands to the wrist straps.
