This is a great hair dryer. Generous number of heat settings. It's easy to use. The diffuser has been very helpful with my daughter's curls and my waves. It's fairly quiet- as expected for this type of hair dryer. Takes up minimal space and the cord is ample length to reach without being too long and getting in the way.

Love the design and that it takes up less room than a traditional dryer. Takes a bit of time to get used to if you are used to the shape of a standard dryer, but leaves your hair so sleep and smooth!

I let my friend borrow this, she has curly/wavy hair that needs diffusing, and I was wanting to straighten my incredibly kinky/coily hair. Worked well for both of us!

There's an air of luxury about it. There are plenty of reasons to enjoy this dryer, and I'm picky about a lot of things. The fasteners are magnetically attached. It dries quickly and doesn't create much noise. It's a plus that the concentrator nozzle doesn't spin around excessively when in use, as I've had problems with other ones. Before this, I had bought a Dyson and I loved how my hair felt, but I detested, detested, the power cable. I couldn't handle it, even though it sounds like such an outdated excuse for being unhappy with it! My hair is extremely short so I almost never blow it dry - it dries in about 15 minutes naturally. Nevertheless I find it handy to have a blow dryer in the house as guests always assumed I will have one and then freaked out when the only one available was a tiny, loud, smelly model from the 1980's! Now that I've received this significant upgrade that 1980s version has finally gone to join its ancestors in an electronics recycling facility. At first I was disappointed that this model is not dual voltage, which I had just assumed it would be, but then I realized that since I never take one traveling overseas it doesn't really matter! What I like most about this model is how quiet it is. I absolutely despise loud hairdryers, and even though this one is of course not silent, it is significantly quieter than most I have used (I still wear earplugs when using it though - no reason to damage your hearing unnecessarily). My second favorite thing about it is how small it is - it takes up minimal space in the guest bathroom. If you are thinking about getting this as a gift, rest assured that it comes nicely packaged and suitable for gifting.

This blow dryer has a blast of air to it, but not enough heat and air combination for my unruly curly hair. This is best for healthy or thinner hair. It takes forever to dry my thick head of hair. The compact design is lightweight and easy to hold for longer periods of time because it’s so light. But this will be a hand me down or a gift to someone.
