Colossians: Fullness of Life in Christ

I am currently teaching the study, and it is outstanding in every way. Very expository, and the questions are very thoughtful. This Bible study other asks you to do lots of cross referencing other parts of scripture, which makes the study very rich. I highly recommend it and any of her other Bible studies as well!

This study series is theologically sound and beautifully designed and written. It's also good for all levels of maturity in believers. Any woman would enjoy it!

My group and I enjoyed this study

Helpful study based upon the book of Colossians.

The book is beautiful and sure to catch your eye, but I have found a lot of pretty items lack substance. This one was a refreshing change to that. It started out impressing me with an into to the book of Colossians and a fair bit of history. It think it's always important to do this before jumping into any bible study. While there is definitely a benefit to coming to your own conclusions there is also the risk of being very off target if you aren't oriented to the context in which the statements were made so I really appreciate the author setting down some parameters to remember before jumping in.The format is weekly which I also appreciated as it allows you to go at your own pace and not feel rushed to complete days in order to stay on track. Some days are just crazier than others and this really allowed me to spend time on certain sections and use the generous margins for additional notes and insights. In all honesty you could completely ignore that there are weeks altogether and just use this as a guide for a deep dive getting as much out of it as you would like.Overall I thought it was a great blend of overview and in-depth without being belittling which I find more often than I would like in bible studies. When the author wanted to share a theological definition it would come in tip type boxes on the edges rather than in the commentary itself which was very welcomed and kept the study from sounding like every other study you have seen on the topic. This would make a wonderful gift but make sure to grab one for yourself.
