It's easy to use and easy to adjust

We bought this product for our six-year-old son to make his hand coordination. Better so he can get stronger. He absolutely loves it. It’s easy to adjust and he gets a great workout in. Great for the price.

This is a fairly easy tool to use. It’s easy to adjust the amount of resistance with the screw knob. It doesn’t seem as hard of a hand grip as the others I’ve tried but it’s for kids. I got it for my son who wanted to improv his grip on a football. He does it every once in awhile but I don’t know how helpful this tool will be in the end.

Now these are just about what you would expect. Fun for the little ones at excercise time.

I was admittedly skeptical about a grip strengthener for "kids" and "teens." What would be so different?It turns out, it is different. The grip is slightly smaller than similar items designed for grown men, which I appreciate very much. I got this to work on my grip strength after an injury, and I think it will be beneficial for this use.Right away, I was excited to try using it -- and I was upset because there are no instructions. At all.So, I figured it out, which wasn't too difficult. There is an adjustment knob, which could be slightly better than it is, made of chrome colored plastic. It feels cheap. But, it works. So there is that. The spring moves along an adjustment from 5-30 and gets progressively more difficult. It changes the angle. All good.I have had no difficulty with the grip strengthener itself, the movements are smooth and solid. I do wish there were some kind of guide or something included, but otherwise, it's exactly what I had hoped it would be.
