It's a challenge! Read the instructions!
Check your package prior to assembly. Took about 90 minutes to assemble - grrr. Parts List does provide drawings of all the parts but doesn't include quantities. We were missing the washers. Although the parts are vacuum sealed but no washers. There are pictures of the 12 Step assembly process. I had 2 small and 2 large screws remaining. The parts list shows all screws with a domed head. Between the medium and large screws there was a mixture of domed and flat.Step 6, assemble the back of the chair. Most problematic. The back of the chair has a curve and the instructions state to use the Medium screws, they were not long enough. The medium length is only about 3 threads shorter, so I used the Large screw. The screw passes through the support rail, the cushion to the pre-drilled screw assembly. I also needed to loosen all the screws on the seat cushion. Once the support rail was aligned, I tightened all the screws with the included allen wrench. The left rear arm pad does need to tuck into the seat back. The chair is well constructed, the padding is nice; no complaints about the quality of the product! Model #997-01.

Chair works like a dream, and Tiger Supplies even shipped for delivery earlier than expected to boot!

Agree with others, not well made and difficult to assemble
Not sure about the positive reviews but I can agree with the negatives: box arrived damaged with parts missing. Then most of holes were either off center or, in the case of the back rest, impossible to reach with the screws provided. Poorly made and not worth spending hours trying to flex and bend things to line up the screw holes. Sent it back promptly. Also, when I sent word that the box arrived damaged with screws missing there wasn't an apology, just someone insisting we provide a receipt before they would send out $2.00 worth of missing screws and washers. Not worth the money and probably the only trustworthy reviews are the negative ones (companies can buy their own products to boost reviews).

Nice after it is put together.
This is just what we needed, but it was a bit difficult to put together.

Only 250lb weight limit NOT 400lbs as advertised
Chair arrived timely and was a bit of a pain to put together but overall not terrible. It was missing the washers needed for assembly as well. Once together, chair is good quality. Complaint is that the description states that the chair 'boasts a 400lb weight limit' yet the chair we received has a 250lb weight limit described on the sticker. This is quite a discrepancy and when contacting the seller we just received a message saying they would forward our issue to management. We have yet to hear from management. So just be aware as the listing is inaccurate in the products description and seller is not responsive to issues.

My first review and my second review 3 months apart
I've tried to edit this twice. For the 3rd time, I'd like to say that I wasn't originally happy with the product I recieved and although that was the case, Abraham and his team at Tiger Supplies made it right with out me asking and that spoke volumes to me. I am still using all three chairs.Original review:I ordered 3 chairs because I couldn't beat the price. Well, I got what I paid for. These are made in China and a few of the parts must still be there because the chair lacked some pretty important things. The boxes arrived with holes all over and I'm guessing a few of the screws fell out along the way. The packaging the screws came in were open and 2 out of the 3 packages were missing parts because of it. Not to mention there were no eyelets on one of the legs. Which made it impossible to put together. It's going back! Putting these together was the most frustrating thing for a guy that can put just about anything together. None of the holes lined up, the screws are crap, and the armrest screw holes weren't even cut out. My advice to you is pay the difference and get something worth a damn. You'll be happier you did. If you have the time to send back and wait for another one to arrive then by all means, take the gamble. Crap product.

Nice phlebotomy chair
It really works, needs a good handyman, manual said small screws in leg support area, actually needs the long one.
