Q: Do i have to have the tenveo joystick ptz controller to be able to utilize the 9 presets?

Sorry, this conference camera system can support upto 3 preset, you can press the buttons on the speakerphone to call the preset. Tips: you may press the number button for 5s to set preset. hope my answer helps.
