The media could not be loaded. Pros - It's a magical product. Perfectly working on the sweatshirts, woolen wear and more.Durability, Cord Length, Safety, Ease of use and cleaning, Everything is perfect at this price point.Cons - NoisyPackage comes without seal, don't know if someone used it before and packed again. Saw few scratches. It seems the vendors sent used productsPrice is bit higher. I guess, company has used chinese products and stamped there logo to sell in India. I have seen same product with other brand logos over the website. This is not a USP of ordered brand.

The product is good and does its job, but the finishing is not that good compared to the roller.

Effective replacement policy
Even though the item stopped working after 5 months, however, as per the warrenty policy, I received a brand new item that is working perfectly fine! True to their word indeed. The replacement process was also hassel free. Really happy.

Good functionality and warranty service
