Yeah don’t buy it
The spec looks good but there’s a reason dell and HP and the leading sellers. Had so much trouble with this laptop.First the touch pad kept glitching and meant the cursor was not responding. Then had issues with speed, which was weird considering the RAM was meant to be 12bg.Last straw was the screen went white and the laptop crashed.Might be a good brand in 10yrs but still got bugs to workout i’m afraid, stick to the leading brands

Good basic notebook
Good basic notebook, quick to set up. Doesn't have a lot of flashy extras which you get with more well known brands but then who actually needs them, they invariably slow everything down. I had to get this as my old faithful laptop won't connect to a 5G Wi-Fi network. It's a perfectly adequate temporary measure until I upgrade properly next year.

So disappointed
I was excited about getting a new lap top. When it arrived it wouldn't charge at all. There was no battery light but the lap top had a small amount of power and would turn on briefly. I would have been more than happy to request a new charger to try but couldn't see a way to request that. When I tried the link for product support both my phone and my old lap top told me it was an unsafe link. I had no choice other than to request a refund.

Excellent performance and value in a compact laptop
The Jumper 14-inch laptop offers a fantastic blend of performance and portability. Equipped with a 256GB SSD and 12GB LPDDR4 RAM, it ensures fast data access and smooth multitasking. The FHD IPS display provides vibrant visuals and sharp detail, making it ideal for both work and entertainment.Powered by a Quad-Core Celeron J4105 processor, this laptop delivers reliable performance for everyday tasks. It features 2.4/5G WiFi for fast internet connectivity, USB 3.0 for quick data transfers, and Bluetooth 4.0 for seamless device pairing. The inclusion of a keyboard film enhances durability and protects against wear.Overall, my experience with the Jumper 14-inch laptop has been excellent. It combines powerful specs with a compact design, making it a great value for its price. Whether for work or leisure, this laptop meets expectations and offers a reliable, efficient computing experience.

Cheap - but not cheerful
The selling point is price and it was cheap - £220 from Amazon for the "top spec" 12GB RAM, 256GB (actually 236GB) SSD.The screen is not bad, the keyboard is a bit cludgy but not terrible. That's where the positives stop. The processor is advertised as quad core Celeron 2.5GHz, which sounds OK to run web browser and MS Office. Sadly, it really isn't, certainly not on Windows 11 installed, and the laptop hangs for seconds at a time on basic tasks. Googling shows is actually a 1.5GHz processor, with a 2.5GHz burst rating - reading the amazon listing it uses the words "up to", which is quite misleading given the base speed is not mentioned anywhere!Expect also to have to buy a windows package, or replace with Linux or similar, as there isn't even a base level year licence (which costs sellers a few pounds). Again, the advert doesn't actually tell you it comes with a licence, although it also doesn't tell you that it doesn't!So overall, three stars. It is a very good price, but may leave you wishing you had spent a little more...

Disappointing laptop
I had high hopes for this laptop on reading some independent reviews and it was a great price. However it really is very disappointing. The keys are "clunky", the @ symbol is shown on the wrong key - and it is incredibly slow at downloading all the apps and software you need to install on a new laptop, and that is even with me having top speed internet and turning everything else off to see if that would help. Not a great experience and is probably the last time I will purchase something from a firm that is not as well known as the bigger names.
