these spot patches work quite well. they stay on as long as you need, and draw the moisture out of the spots well. i usually put them on a spot over night and by the next day the spot is either gone or feels a lot better depending on the size of it to start. never had to cover a spot more than two days in a row for it to be gone with these! and have the bonus of helping me not touch and pick at spots as i can feel the spot less while it's covered with them!
