Absolutely useless.
Problem 1. The hand tool doesn't work at all. If you don't have the tools that come with your car, you will not be able to use this jack AT ALL.Problem 2. The car jack is too light weight, it keeps falling over untill it touches the base of the car.Problem 3 (Worst). The maximum height of the jack does not even lift the car 2 inches off the ground. The tyre still touches the ground. I have a Hyundai eon which is a small car to begin with but still.Problem 4. It seems like it will break at any point under the cars weight. Doesn't seem like durable. Seems cheapVerdict: I completely wasted my money. Please spend some more money and buy a real car jack. This is a Chinese toy.
