Great book
I really enjoyed reading this book. This world of paranormal is interesting. This book started exciting right from the beginning. Erin is very tough and an interesting paranormal. Jude is so strong and such an alpha male. The mystery of who’s stalking Erin is intriguing. This was full of action and the romance between them was wonderful. I enjoyed watching the love blossom between them. They have some sweet moments. The supporting characters were cool and I lol forward to reading about them in this series. I can see me reading this book again and recommend it.

Exciting mystery
This was a very suspenseful and exciting mystery/romance. I had my suspicions about the culprit’s identity but couldn’t decide which character I suspected more, so the reveal was a surprise. There was spice that didn’t overwhelm the plot and an array of interesting characters that can be featured in future novels. This was an enjoyable read.

Loved it
OMGOSH I could not figure this one out. A lot of little plot twists I was surprised by the out come. If you like paranormal romance, with a bit of mystery, this one just might be for you. Good characters and good writing. Such a good HEA with no cliffhangers. Happy reading.

A entertaining read
So the book was entertaining it wasn't great and had a good amount of cliches some I could live with and others that was kind of cringe. Like most novels of this genre the two man characters kinda hit it off instantly. There was some really good twist that I didn't anticipate which took the book up a few notches for me. Overall it was a decent read. Erin was kind of annoying to me I just can't stand wishy washy characters and she kept trying to uphold a high sense of Justice even when the situation was CLEARLY beyond normal standards. Jude was okay I kinda wish his character had more complexity other then big strong man with the cliche dark past and "darkness" within him. I wish there was more layers to Jude and Erin separately and as a couple. But typically with these stories I know there isn't going to be much complexity or depth but just a good entertaining read for a rainy day and that's what I got.Mini spoiler alertWhat drove me absolutely MAD was the fact that the setting of the story was supposed to be a supernatural world that lives in the shadows of normal society. So basically no one knows that these supernatural creatures or "Others" exist. But hell everyone and they grandma had seen a shifter, demon, and vampire so I'm wondering how the heck they keep this whole "Other" world a secret! Literally shifters are just slicing people up like deli meat! No one who "isn't supposed to know" ask questions and the only people who do know always swears themselves to secrecy! I'm not even going to lie if I saw half the crap in this story I'm telling SOMEBODY! Especially if I survive an encounter! I'm telling my best friend, my mother, my aunt, my brother and sister hell I'm telling my cat! But in this story the one person who MIGHT have been outside the veil of secrecy is like "oh my aunt was a other so its all good" im like huh?!?! And then the main characters are telling everyone what they are and about their world. It's just so weird to be that this whole "Other" world hasn't gotten out into society especially with how frequent attacks are and how many people the main character tells.I'm not sure maybe in the next book it will expand on the world. I have no interest in reading the other books since one is about Zane and the other is about Dee. Don't get me wrong both characters were pretty good but neither character really wow'd me. Zane was a flirtatious pretty boy demon who likes killing his kind and got thrown around by Jude and almost got his brain melted by Erin so eh. Dee was a human with a grudge again vampires for killing her family which just sounds boring because there's so many TV series like that.End of spoilerThis book was good I had a few complaints but despite all that I enjoyed it. I don't plan on reading any of the other books because the formula is the same just different characters. Would suggest reading this book just don't put your expectations too high.

Intense, twisty, steamy
This book ensnared me from the first few pages and I was a goner throughout it all. I loved the twisty beginnings to the mystery in Erin’s background as well as the case she and Jude are working on together. The build up in their relationship was organic without being contrived or overblown. I loved watching them grow closer, their trust as much a part of it as their chemistry. This was a pretty intense read. There’s a lot at work here and I never knew what was going to happen next or from what direction it was going to come from. I love when a story can keep me guessing and this one turned me in every direction. While this series is a re-release from the author, it’s new to me and I’m digging in as fast and as furious as I humanly can.

Good read
I thought this was a good story. A little different then other shifter stories and I was waiting to see if it jarred the senses but it actually didn't. This was a good story.

Awesome!!
I loved this story! So much action and humor! Not to mention the steam factor. Jude and Erin are perfect for each other. You could almost feel their tension. Dee and Zane make excellent sidekicks.Highly recommend this book!!
