The media could not be loaded. I absolutely loved this. Made it for my close friend baby shower. It’s the perfect size and def a hit at the shower. I decided to put her name on the crate to make it more personal. It took less than 30 minutes to put together. The alphabet letters comes in a 2 set in case anyone was wondering. Shipping was very fast too. Definitely buy ! A gift they won’t forget
