I believe my treadmill must have been dropped in shipping. After unboxing, I found the adjustment pins for the elevation rails were bent which I had to straighten and hammer out. All the electronics and other mechanisms are working fine. The customer service reps were easy to work with and quick to respond to my emails. Most time sellers of other merchandise don't have individual items available for replacement so you have to return the complete unit. But these guys sent me replacement pins within days.I'm also very happy with my new treadmill. I started my diet weighing 281lbs, in my defense that's after our Caribbean cruise (lol), but the machine performs exactly as expected. The adjustable handles are a great feature. The programming is easy to use and the motor/belt is really powerful. The operation manual made me think that this unit came with a remote control but customer service said this model didn't come with one. Compared to all others on Amazon, this unit was the best price with the same overall functions. I highly recommend this machine and seller.

We love our new treadmill. When we first got the treadmill we did run into system malfunctions. It would speed up on its on or slow down to a complete stop without us doing it ourselves. However, this company’s customer service department is top tier. They were professional, proactive and efficient. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We received new treadmill to replace the old one. We haven’t had any issues! Thank you guys for the great customer service!

The stability of the treadmill and the noise level of the treadmill are nice for not waking the house on an early jog. Assembly was a breeze. Unfortunately the control panel buttons are non responsive from time to time. To the point where on two occasions I have had to pull the safety key in order to stop the treadmill. The non responsive buttons also lead to frustration with my favorite workout- interval training. I have been able to use the app for controls, unfortunately this does not allow for me to disconnect from responsibilities as I prefer to put the phone away while I run and just enjoy the music and rhythm of the jog.

The delivery was very fast. I was very easy to assemble.it fits perfectly under the bed.low noise.my first time on a treadmill easy to use. Good quality.

Easy assembly as I was able yo do it without help.The compact size allows me to keep it by my bed without obstructing the walk way.

I think this treadmill is very reasonably priced and I like that it has an adjustable incline and is able to fold. The quality of the machine is great!
