This is a beautifully soft, well-finished, comfortable, real leather strap that is very impressive. I bought it to replace a Gibson branded nylon strap that was causing problems with my SG, that has a heavy neck relative to body, meaning that the strap slipped on my shoulder allowing the neck to dip. The leather strap solves the problem, having much better grip on the shoulder. I am not a fan of steel picks but you do get two good quality stainless steel picks free with the strap all in a neat box. Very impressed.

I found myself in the same situation as a previous reviewer, my SG kept diving towards the floor as it's neck heavy so I was looking for a strap that'd stop this happening. This is it!. It's a fine leather strap, very good quality, extremely comfortable and loads of adjustment. The suede backing has stopped the SG slipping so it's a lot more comfortable to play as I'm not constantly shifting it back into place. Really, for about the same price as a cotton/polyester strap, this is a no-brainer.The free metal picks are a bonus, they actually seem to stick to my fingers better than my usual plastic picks but I'd be wary of the damage they'd do to the strings? But that's another days work.The strap? 5 out of 5, no problem!

I own 6 of these straps now, over about a two year period, I have had many straps over the years, but these are exeptional, for Comfert, Nice fit, I would say im average height and build, and I still have two adjusments left. They fit nice and tight on the strap holders. But I always add a set of LOXX strap locks. The whole guitar then compliments each other. I dont like a cheap strap, as I dont like the sound of wood hitting concrete, and trust me it will happen. But for value these are XLNT, when you have a £1,000 + guitar then invest in a quality strap.

The strap came in in a nice paper box along with 2 steel picks (do not have much use for them, but they look nice) and 2 rubber strap lock rings with Dat Strap branding.Out of the box the strap felt really nice and already broken in. As advertised, there are 2 layers of leather with a foam material in between. The result is a thick and comfortable strap. The upper side is nice and soft, the inner side is suede. That part has excellent grip. It took some time for me to get used to it (esp. compared to my previous nylon strap), but now I really like the stability it provides. This would make a big difference to someone who suffers a neck dive with their instrument.Assembly and adjustment of the strap was easy and straightforward. This brings me to the only issue I've had. The holes at both ends are quite smallish (just the holes, not the cuts) - the strap pins are kind of too wide to fit those holes and the strap can be quite easily detached. Luckily this issue got perfectly fixed by the attached rubber strap lock rings (and I like the resulting look as well).Overall this strap has fully satisfied me and provides features that are present only on more expensive straps.

One has to go online for instructions on how to fix the strap onto the guitar, and being a first time guitar learner I did it wrong and ended up stripping out the screw on one of my strap buttons, but that will be fixed when I get the time to do it, even fixed up wronglythe thickness of the strap made it comfortable, it didn't dig into my shoulder or back. Make sure if you're a beginner that you put the leather over the strap buttons and then put the rubber strap holder over the button to hold the strap, do not unscrew the screw holding the strap button and put the leather strap underneath the screw and the rubber strap holder as well, my error, but the firm supplying the goods should always send an instruction leaflet with their goods as to how to use what they have sold you.

Awesome awesome strap! These guys have done it again! I got it straight out of the box and immediately felt the premium quality. With most leathers they take a while “break” in, but with this one the two leathers together really creates this soft “already broken in” feel. I literally can’t say enough good words for the product! A really great price for strap. Most other brands would charge a lot more for a strap like this! If your thinking whether to buy this or not, please please don’t hesitate! I use 2 heavy as hell Gibson Les Paul’s and they do after kill my shoulders after a while but with this strap I already feel a weight lifted with the comfort of the leathers! I can’t knock the product it’s extremley well created and thought out! And I would definitely recommend anyone who loves premium quality and comfort!Adam

Quality product! Very very nice indeed! Gorgeous leather and very nice product all round also came with 2 metal plectrums in the box. I bought 2 of these one black standard length and one tan extra long. The standard was perfect for the electric guitar and the long was perfect with the Semi Acoustic. With most acoustic and semi acoustic guitars the strap will need to reach the top of the neck so the extra long was perfect and had plenty left to spare. The standard had plenty left to spare on the electric as only needs to reach from one side of guitar to the other and not the end of the neck. I have both of mine measured out so the guitars sit fairly high at my waist I'm 5'11" in height. Hope this helps! :)

I needed another strap as got fed up of having lots of guitars and swapping 2 straps around on them all. I wanted something comfortable and long, so purchase the XL one. Being a big lad I normally struggle to get ones long enough and end up looking like George Formby with my guitars and basses tucked up under my chin!I needed to be comfortable as I've ordered straps in the past that have been hard as a rock and have had to beat them up to get them feeling anywhere near to how I would like.Not the case with this one! It's really nice and comfortable and it is very long! I actually had to shorten it away from its full length and that never happens!I can highly recommend this strap to anyone and a great service too! Came in a nice box and a couple of metal picks (I wont use them but a nice touch anyway).I will probably be purchasing another one in the near future!
