Teacher Created Resources Practice Makes Perfect: Word Problems Grade 1, 2nd Edition (TCR3311) (Mathematics)

Worked on this book with my son over the summer time to get him ready for 1st grade. We finished it by the time School opened. I love this book because it really helped him understand the word problem math work that he’s doing in school now. He comes home saying “school work is too easy for me mommy” lol. Yes everything is practice, which we do every day, but that book is extremely helpful. I even have 6 other parents from my son’s school buy this book because they’re need more practice, and those parents thanked me for recommending that book to them, among other books.

I bought a whole set of this book series and found it very useful to improve my students' problem solving skills. The book is very thin but contains many different types of problems.
