I have to use these when I wear a certain style shoe I have bought. If I don't I will have awful pain at night so I think it was a good buy and sure helped with that pain which is bad at night.

This provides a tiny bit of padding for soreness in the heel area of your foot. Personally, I would like it to have a thicker sole than it does.

Only wore them once at work. I bought them for my heals. Didn’t know they had some sort of odd round ball arch supports. Not comfortable at all and killed my feet. Would’ve been great if it were just the heals.

These might work for someone else but the structure of them just didn't work. I got rugged sole shoes full-time with inserts and am doing accupuncture treatments--life changing, I can walk again without getting shots or surgery.

So this is very thick. I'm not sure if this is meant to wear with shoes as it would be very difficult fit and adjustment.If wearing to walk around bare footed, it is comfortable enough fit but the cushion is awkward. It does help a little bit but it is temporary. I like the strap across the ankle is adjustable.But I don't see this lasting long as wearing it for an hour has already started making weird sounds when walking. So it's not very sturdy or durable. Which limits its function. It's not very supportive. Pain relief isn't as helpful as hoped for.Even though it isn't expensive, I wouldn't get it again. As far as washability, I'm not sure. No instructions regarding that was given with this product.

I like to wear these gel heel protectors from Bukihome with my house slipper slides to give my arch and heel some much-needed additional support. Unfortunately, I think I should have ordered the next size up as I have a very wide foot at the toes due to swelling from foot surgery, and the front elastic strap is a bit too tight for my swollen feet. I wish that both straps would have had the velcro type of closure. Hopefully, I will be able to wear them in the intended manner after my foot is no longer so swollen.
