Can i set a time i.e. 9am, or is it just a timer?

What powers the internal timer? do the same batteries power both the timer and keypad or does the timer have it's own battery?

Does it plug into an outlet

How could I mount this to a shelf? I already own the safe and want to mount it in my closet
