Usually e.l.f. Is Great, But Not This Time
I usually really like e.l.f. products, but this was not it. 2 stars because it did keep my from getting a sunburn on my face, so yes, it technically works. But it was greasy and shiny, and my face broke out the next day. Wouldn’t recommend this particular product.
