Rocky Men's 8 Inch Retraction 800G Hunting Boot

I purchased these to replace a 20-year-old pair of Rockies. I use them in subfreezing weather with snow on the ground and they neither leaked nor did my feet get cold. The insulation in them is not too heavy, and my feet were able to breathe and did not sweat. Additionally, the laces are nice and tight and make for good ankle bracing. The boot itself is really flexible and does not rub your feet or create any sore points. Overall, very satisfied with this pair of boots.

Boot looks good and is constructed well, it's a sturdy boot, deep tread on bottom of boot. Padding inside is comfortable and thick enough to allow for a extra pair of socks or two too give it a bit more warmth in the harsh winter months we are gonna get here in Ontario

Arrived within 10 days, bought these to take on an upcoming elk hunting trip. Well cushioned, sturdy leather and fabric, lots of traction and waterproof. These boots are exactly what I expected from Rocky, high quality at a reasonable price. I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to the details (i.e. stitching, glue, casting, etc.) these boots were well above my standards for mass produced footwear. I'd recommend buying half a size over your regular fit, this will ensure you have the extra room for those thick wool socks in winter.
