I like the fact that this is adjustable. I am quite small, so most bands are so big that I cannot even use them. When using them for squats, I have to extend my legs way too far to even get the resistance. That is why this one is perfect for me. I can make it small enough that I can get the benefits from it in my exercise routine.

Works great for squats

These fabric resistance bands that can be adjusted are truly amazing! The material is really sturdy. The fabric feels much nicer against the skin compared to regular rubber bands. The fact that they can be easily adjusted is a feature because it allows for different resistance levels and works well for various exercises. Whether I'm exercising at home or, in the gym the bands stay put. Don't curl up or cause any discomfort. They have really enhanced my strength training routine. I would suggest this workout gear to anyone seeking both quality and versatility, in their exercise attire.

Excellent and strong elastic and buckle. This will work as well as the resistant bands that aren't adjustable, just be sure to place the buckle in a comfortable position.

This band is made really well and looks to be very durable. Somehow, I overlooked that the resistance level is "heavy" and it is too strong for me. I would purchase another band with a lower resistance level from this brand.

I like that this band is adjustable to different lengths and tension. This is the primary reason I ordered this product, but once I started using it, I realized that even at the lowest strap setting, it's way too tough to perform certain movements. I've been trying to break it in since maybe it needs to be stretched out first, so I'll update my review to see if it gets any better.

I got this band so I could do the lateral band walk exercise, where you put the band around your thighs, bend your knees a little, and step sideways. I had physical therapy for a torn meniscus in my knee, and they had me do this exercise (3 sets of 5 “laps” walking back and forth). I really felt it in my glutes.The setting that this band came in was perfect for me, but I played around with making the band looser, and then making it tighter.The band is easy enough to adjust. It is a simple D-ring. I wish the band had markings so you can keep track of your adjusted levels, but I bet a black sharpie would do the trick. If you have different exercises you want to do using different resistant levels, it might be easier to get several bands instead of adjusting one band all the time.When I tried making the band tighter, I had a hard time getting the tightened band over my sneakers. It was easier to move the loosened band over my ankles, sit down, and then tighten the band before moving it up to my thighs.This band comes with an instruction sheet with other exercises you can try, but the Lateral Band Walk is my favorite.

This is a nice band that is high quality but the resistance on it is very high with the band on the largest adjustment.
