Great price? Great fit, great, look, providing the compression needed to keep my circulatory system of my legs in tip top shape.Bought five pair of the argyle blue for myself and my wife just wanted the all black, so she got five pair for mother's day.

I have worn a number of different brands of Compression Socks, many with well-known brand names, over the past several years because of a medical condition's effect on the veins and blood circulation in my calves. Some brands of compression socks I've worn felt good when I put them on, but were less than comfortable by the end of the day. Some brands stayed up where they were supposed to be for a few wearings, then their elastic began to stretch out, even when they were hand-washed in cool water and air-dried on a laundry rack instead of in an automatic clothes washer and dryer, allowing the socks to slide down my calf, providing no compression value at all to my legs (which was why I bought them in the first place). The dyes used on some of the other brands would start to fade out amazingly fast, making them look like they needed to be thrown away, even though they still felt good and were providing the support and compression the veins in my legs required.Needing to replace a few pairs of my compression socks that were very worn out after only a few months of wearing, I saw the SB SOX Lite Compression Socks on Amazon.com and decided to give them a try. I put the first two pairs of SB SOX I purchased into my normal compression socks wearing rotation. From the first time I put them on (and they were fairly easy to put on right out of the box), they felt very good on my legs and made my legs feel great, even after a full day's wearing. They didn't make my upper calf, just below the knee, feel like I had boa constrictors wrapped around my legs, squeezing them until they ached. They were also easy to remove when I prepared to go to bed. They are obviously made from high quality materials because they have washed very well and maintained their "just like new" appearance after being worn, washed and dried several times over several months. They are also very well made, with no broken seams and no loose loops of elastic or threads inside the socks to snag or catch on my toes or toenails as I put them on. I quickly ordered two more pairs of SB SOX Lite Compression Socks because I liked the first two pairs so much. SB SOX are the best Lite Compression Socks I have ever worn, including some brands that cost two or three times as much, providing me with better support, longer and looking great doing it. Another reason I like the SB SOX better than any other compression socks I've owned is the box they come in. I can keep each pair of SB SOX in the box they were in when I received them, and I can keep them together, but separated, in my sock drawer without getting them mixed up with my other non-compression socks, which keeps me from wearing a mixed pair of socks by mistake.So if your doctor tells you it would be good for you to start wearing Lite Compression Socks, instead of regular socks, do yourself a BIG favor and buy two or more pairs of SB SOX Lite Compression Socks. Your feet, legs and heart will thank you many, many times if you do.

This review is for the SB SOX LITE (15-20mmHg Size L/XL) The fabric is really nice and smooth, they are nicely made and good quality, no irritating seam inside the toe, the foot size and length up to the knee are both great (I wear an 8 1/2 shoe size and stand at about 5'4'' with a calf circumference of 17 and 1/2 inches), and I did manage to get them on by myself, however, it was a struggle. It took some time and effort. I would love to love these compression socks, but they simply will not work for me because they were extremely tight and uncomfortable, and do not stretch. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. If you are a skinny mini, then these are the socks for you. Sadly, I am unable to wear them and will continue shopping for the perfect pair of socks.

Update (August 2018): I have the beginnings of varicose veins, and I wear these socks every few days. These compression socks are wearing well although fluff is forming where the embroidery says SB Sox on the feet of the socks. The elasticity is still almost as good as when the socks were purchased.Any time my legs feel tight, heavy, achy, or restless, I just put these socks on and within 10 minutes I'm feeling relief. I've found that if I wear these socks for a day, the effect seems to last for two following days before my legs start feeling tight and progressively heavy, achy, and restless again. I have worn these socks during the night when my legs were really restless and painful, and they felt perfectly fine in the morning. These socks have also greatly reduced the swelling in my legs and ankles, which was a shock to me because I hadn't realized they were swollen to begin with!I know it's not recommended that these socks be worn overnight, but I was desperate and it doesn't seem to have had any negative effects. It's also recommended that people with varicose veins should wear compression socks every day. It's just a hassle to put on. It takes me about three minutes to get the socks on. I think I will have to get myself into the routine though, as they really, REALLY help! I have since bought four more pairs of these socks, and I'm hoping to eventually buy enough for a fresh pair every day.I 100% recommend these socks. I know they're a bit pricey compared to other socks on the market, but they are VERY good. They work. They work for me and they're changing my life.Original Review (March 2018):I bought these compression socks in the S/M size. These socks have great compression without making my legs feel like the circulation is getting cut off. Only time will tell regarding whether they help my legs, but I have high hopes for these socks. I am of average weight for my height, so I cannot vouch for the fit for underweight or overweight individuals.The material and stitching are high quality, and feels slinky and slippery, which is nice as they allow pant legs to move freely around them. This slinky texture might be a problem when walking on tiles or vinyl, and I would recommend wearing sandals or shoes to prevent slipping. The colours and item as a whole are true to the product images.

I bought them to use during 24 hrs of flights and travel. No swelling, comfortable, and super cute!! Definitely recommend!!

I wear a size 10 1/2 - 11 shoe, thought these would be a good fit (despite quite a few reviews that said they were way too small). I can barely get them on, and after I do I can't adjust the position since they're so small! Will be returning, hope to find some that fit.They do seem to be well made and should be good for someone with smaller feet so giving them a 3* rating.

My husband loves these socks! They stay up all day !We will be ordering more of these!
