This was such a great purchase! We already have a heart shaped mold, so we know how they work. We didn't have any trouble extracting the pancake from the mold and flipping it. Just be patient and use a table knife, or spoon, to gently push out any areas that get a bit stuck. We didn't have to do that much at all.

This is used every Saturday morning at our house. The biggest challenge has been figuring out how full to fill it for a lovely outcome. It has been a little tricky. The unicorns have been turning out better over time. It did get a little discolored when the heat was a bit high, but that was more user error. Can easily be rinsed and thrown in the dishwasher. Great fun to see our little’s face when she eats her unicorn pancakes.

My 5-year-old is in the year of unicorns and mermaids, she is absolutely obsessed. And she's also very picky eater. She loves having her eggs shaped like unicorns this thing is so easy to use and easy to clean!!

This was much smaller than I thought it would be. It was A LOT of work to use it, and very difficult to make the pancakes look good... After a couple of hours I finally was able to make a few pancakes look good. Definitely not user friendly.

I’ve tried this with pancakes & eggs and it simply does not work! Doesn’t keep the shape & impossible to flip. Save your money. Buyer beware! Perhaps mine is defective. I’d love my money back. 😒

It's worth the money. Just need something flat to put over top of it to hold it down while cooking. Easy to clean. Very easy to use. Granddaughter loved it.

I'm disappointed with this. I follow instructions, but two eggs overflowed and the top was runny. I watched a video and only used one egg, but it would not release and I ended up overcooking it trying. I think that I will just try pancakes.

Easy to use. You will need butter spray for a good result.You will not get it the first time but by the second or third you will be happy. Especially the little ones.

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter wanted a Unicorn 🦄 themed sleepover for her 10th birthday. I purchased this in preparation to deliver unicorn 🦄 pancake awesomeness the morning after.As you can see from the photos this works great! A little practise needed and the right mixture consistency but great results. And not a fluke, I made 6 of these. Lots of photos attached.Top tips I found experimenting...- oil spray the mould every time- I used a scotch pancake recipe and added extra milk to make it run into the mould better- cook on a low and slow heat to avoid burning- appears to work better with a thin layer of batter, but thick ones taste better!All in all this will be making many appearances on a Saturday morning!Apologies there’s ALOT of photos, got a bit over excited with the kids 😂Update... my second go with this was with a big standard crepe recipe (much thinner). These shrink back nicely and because they’re wetter don’t cook as fast. The last photo (with the plate) is this mix and probably what I’ll use going forward.Oh, and if your name begins with J as mine does. The pattern has a J built in wink 😉

My 3 year old daughter is obsessed with unicorns so we had to try this. They came out ok but to be honest she ended up picking up one from my plate. Easy to clean and very durable
