10/10 would recommend for beginners
I take this before long runs and after strength training. I'm not looking to go for serious gains, so I've started with 70% of the recommended dose (1.7g per kg body weight). As a vegetarian, small framed woman, this seems to be working great so far. The major plus point for me with this was that it's unflavoured, which means I can experiment with flavour (vanilla/chocolate/banana smoothie with water and some curd or even cold coffee) and never get bored. Tastes exactly like milk powder which is good too.

I have ordered for 380, but this seller sent me 850 pack. I think he added sand or something extra. Worst product i ever ate. This one will not mix in water or shake. While string this powder will change to white solid pieces. I am really scared to drink this. Please don't buy this item. ZERO STARS.

Good price, good protein
This was my first time purchase of any kind of protein.But trust me at this price and so amazing protein carb ratio you won't get anything in the market.Since this is Raw whey it is tasteless, so you need to be creative to make a smoothie with milk.. No possible to take this with water, at least for me.

Wheat flour in the name of whey protein
its been more than 3 moths i am consuming sinew whey protein min 2kg per month but last month i observed that the taste was different (really salty) but according to scratch code and there whatsapp number it was original, this time didn't recieve scratch code but there whatsapp number said its geniun and this time it taste like wheat flour, exactly like atta in my home... it smells slightly like whey, its more of wheat flour or maida ghand just a pinch of whey nothing more at begining saw good results with it now form next time not buying any of this brands product...

Fake product
Fake. Go for the Genuine product. Do not compromise genuine product for cheap fake product and put your health on the line. If you have enough money go for the genuine Whey protein which will cost you around 5k, if not, stick to Egg, Milk, fruits, and meat. Cheaper but better than a fake product like this one.
