Very much useful.Bought it with a light hesitation, but the product is awesome.Not a single drop of leakage.Flexible, no irritation, feeling like period free normal during periods.Economically freindly and reduces period wate(pads).I wouhighly recommend for all girls, ladies and women.Such a nice and wonderful product

Hey friends! This is a very good product for sure which will make u to forget that u are on periods.I am 27 , unmarried and virgin. I ordered small size for me.On 1 St day of my period , i used pinch down fold for insertion.. initially insertion was little painful..again i tried ...it gone pretty quick .i will prefer squatting position for insertion and removal .On first day of my periods...after 12 hours...i was trying to remove the cup ..it hurted like a hell...i never inserted my finger into my vagina..and that was painful for me to remove the cup...Later i took a deep breath...i tried again...i removed it in squatting position..but removal was a kind of nightmare..i spent 30 mins for removal.On Day 2 I struggled the same as previous day..but the duration of struggle was reduced ...Now am on day 4 , insertion and removal is very easy...Am very comfortable with cup..Just we have to practise little bit.Girls...!! pls don't give up ..give some time to learn the tricks of insertion and removal... first periods was painful for everyone...but once u understand the tricks...cup is the best thing for periods than pads and tampons..But the disadvantage..... sometimes it will become messy during cup removal.Edit 1- Hi friends , i dropped my small size cup accidentally in public toilet.i don't want to use it again...so i discarded it.Now I ordered a new menstrual cup of medium size .I am super comfortable with the medium size cup than small size.Easy to insert and easy to remove..today is my day one of my period ..I will update my experience after 7 daysEdit 2 - Hi friends , today is day 3 of my period...Am super comfortable with menstrual cup.No leakage , no rashes, no irritation.But m using a pad along with it just for back up ..it is a just a second period using cup..so am not sure about it...Use your pads till u become comfortable and sure with menstrual cups.I struggled a little bit in removal of small size menstrual cup in my last monthMedium cup suits for my vagina.Every vagina is different . I bought sirona menstrual cup and reusable pad at the same time... Because I am not sure about the cup... In my circle( my friends and family) I m the first one thinking of the PAD-FREE PERIOD...This is the 2nd month using the cup... I can conclude that if you have heavy period and worried during night.. Or always literally every five min worried about leakage then this is a blessing for you..For the first time it's really irritating to insert it...and the stem always irritates you..But for the second time it's easy , pain free and headache free...Make sure the rim open fully... sometimes it remains half open after inserting.. so I just walk for some time and the air release and rim open properly...Note: I have little heavy flow( used ultra night pads 4/5 for first 2days). So I am using the large cup.. I have to vacant it in every 6- 8 hrs (depends).
