Amazon's customer service
I am Amazon's customer since 2011 and regularly purchasing items since then. By mistake I ordered XL size diapers instead of XXL. The customer service is not helping me out with return/replacement of the item. They are just repeating that this item is not returnable/replaceble and representative was behaving just like chatbot.I do not think they have any concept like customer loyalty. They just treat their customers Like they are nothing for them And ready to loose their loyal customer for one item.

Disappointment
Huggies is a such big brand n yet its a major disappointment..12 hours leak proof is false...dsnt even survive 6hoursIf ur toddler soils his diaper than u are in for washing clothes every single time even if u ve made him wear only an hour or two before..Although the only plus is its softness beside i wouldnt recommend huggies for toddler

Not even deserve an one star
Worse product.In every use it get tear up and all the gel formed urine comes out.I jave posted a photo too.Never trust it.it will hamper your baby's health.

Everything is ezcellent except the cost.
No words to have this brand... Perfect fit, nice quality, smooth and soft material.Only the problem is the cost.I regularly check the price of such brand before purchasing any other diaper.

Not recommended at all.
The new and improved bubble technology introduced is not worth at all. The diaper is now more thin and fragile and tears down while pulling it up.
