Ivermectin: A Deep Dive into Its Medical Marvels

I'm puzzled by this book for a few reasons, firstly there is absolutely no information in it about the author Dr Michael O Scales.I have not read the entire book but considering the sparkling title there is a stunningly dull tone to his writing , as if his schoolmaster set him to write it for homework and he is going through the motions of talking about a subject when he would rather be outside playing football.Considering that the sudden surge of interest in Ivermectin is due to (shall we say) it's use in the treatment Covid19, the author doesn't seem to show much interest in the subject, he says that there is conflicting evidence about it's efficacy against Covid but that he hasn't followed the evidence since 2021.On P13 he writes "In conclusion, as of September 2021there is still disagreement over....Ivermectin's potential to treat or prevent COVID19.........I advise consulting the most recent recommendations and study findings...... as my understanding is not current"- the book is copyright 2024!Surely, considering who his likely audience is he might want to keep up with developments in this field. If you were looking for a book about Ivermectin and COVID19 this is not the book for you. Try Pierre Kory's book-"The War On Ivermectin" instead.
